Moore, Vice President of Wealth Management, came to PFI in early 2010 to develop specialized solutions for physicians and medical professionals in the areas of disability, life, and long term care insurances, as well as, tailored funding solutions for pensions, profit sharing trusts, deferred compensation programs, key-man programs, buy-sells, retirement plans and estate plans.
Matthew brings an extensive background of fundraising, banking, wealth management, as well as, corporate strategy, business development, and marketing consulting. Before joining PFI, Matthew was Managing Partner at Turtle Creek Private Finance (TCPF) in Dallas, Texas. Before leading TCPF, he oversaw securities and investments as Vice President of the Private Client Division at Turtle Creek Financial Group.
In his spare time Matthew currently serves as a Managing Partner of Third Power Group, an international opportunity development firm based out of Dallas. Occasionally, Matthew satisfies creative energies through Julian Kaites, a business development and communications consulting firm Matthew launched in early 2009.
Matthew has studied at Baylor University, Universiteit Maastricht, and Dallas Theological Seminary in the disciplines of Psychology and Historical Theology. He has served as Director of Development for Journals & Journaling, Treasure & Board Member of The Living Opera, and as a member of the board for GTUG Dallas (Google Technology User Group). Matthew founded the Executive Theology Forum, has served as president of several regional and political business associations and has been an active member of several other community organizations such as Kiwanis International and The Master’s Program. Matthew is currently a member of the Oklahoma MGMA.
Scott Fikes, VP Physician ServicesScott Fikes is Vice President of Physician Services at PLICO Financial. Although the healthcare industry is ever changing, his mission remains unchanged: to protect the reputation and assets of Oklahoma physicians and their organizations. This is a commitment he achieves through his expertise in developing innovative risk solutions for individuals or groups of any size. Scott works diligently to make sure physicians can always rely on him as a “Risk Solution Partner.”
Previous to joining PFI, Scott held the position of Vice President at InLight Risk Management, an Oklahoma based insurance firm licensed in over 40 states. During his career, he has received numerous local, regional and national awards exemplifying his dedication to excellence. He is currently a member of various healthcare related associations including MGMA, PLUS, AAMA and ACSRH.
Scott, his wife Julie, and his four children, Nathan, Ryan, Christopher and Jessica, reside in Edmond, where he enjoys spending time with his family and, when time permits, traveling and fishing.
Jeani Thompson, Account ManagerJeani Thompson, CIC, came to PLICO Financial to provide support for the sales staff as we strive to provide our healthcare clients with a broad range of asset protection products. She has more than 30 years experience in the insurance industry with a strong focus on property and casualty, undergirded with years of specialized risk management education.
Blair Eischeid joined PFI in July of 2010 and coordinates marketing efforts for PLICO and PLICO Financial. She recently graduated with a degree in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma, where she was one of the recipients of the Price College Top Student Award. Blair oversees our brand management and client communication efforts, as well as, our website, market research and public relation efforts. Blair also spearheads all of our client events and conferences, often being the first face many of our clients associate with PFI. She is an active member of the American Marketing Association.
Blair lives in Edmond and loves to travel. She prefers to wear red on Fridays during football season. Boomer Sooner! |
